Appellant: Craig Demmler
Mr Craig Demmler appealed against a six week suspension imposed by the Stewards at the Ballarat Harness Racing meeting on 20 July 2004, and the decision by the independent appeals panel of Harness Racing Victoria for a breach of rule 149(1). Mr Demmler?s appeal was dismissed, and his six week penalty was ordered to commence midnight 30 September 2004.
