Stallion registration for the 24/25 breeding season (1 September 2024 to 31 August 2025) is now open. We invite you to apply for registration and complete payment using our online application form. Please note you may be required to attach documentation such as a letter of authority or import permits. The fee for registering a stallion for the 24/25 breeding season is $550 including gst.

A separate application form is required for each stallion, however you can pay for multiple stallions at the same time. HRA will review each application and if required send the application to import / use imported semen for relevant parties. Your state controlling body will continue to manage stud registration, stud master licences, semen controllers and AI persons or premises.
