2026 HarnessWeb Licence Renewal Program - Final Reminder

NSW licensees are again reminded that the 2026 licence renewal program is available online through your HarnessWeb account, effective Monday 1 September 2025.

If you have not already renewed your licence, it is recommended that you do so before Friday, 19 December 2025.

Renewals submitted after this date may not be reviewed and approved prior to your current licence expiring at midnight on Wednesday 31 December 2025, which will translate to you not being able to nominate for fields dated Thursday 1 January 2026 and after:

Drivers are also reminded that they must have their licences renewed prior to the deadline for driver declarations, being 10.30am two (2) days prior to the race meeting.

1 January 2026 - Leeton meeting - Nominations close 29 December 2025.

2 January 2026 - Goulburn meeting - Nominations close 30 December 2025.

3 January 2026 - Bathurst meeting - Nominations close 30 December 2025.

6 January 2026 - Menangle meeting - Nominations close 2 January 2026.

6 January 2026 - Temora meeting - Nominations close 2 January 2026.

7 January 2026 - Parkes meeting - Nominations close 2 January 2026.

Note that online renewals must be accompanied by the completed Medical Assessment – please do not renew your licence until you have the completed assessment available to upload as part of the renewal process.
