Blackbook and Trading Ring Login Changes

On 19th of November 2013, the way you login to www.harness.org.au will change.

After this date, you will need to login with your email address instead of your username.

Why are we doing this?

This change will bring us into line with Facebook, Twitter and many other online services that use the email address as the primary account identifier. After this change, we will also be able deliver new functionality and improved user experience in future versions of our website and mobile applications.

How will this affect you?

For most users, the only change you will notice from 19 November 2013 is that you will have to type in your email address instead of your username when you log in.

Some users may currently have more than one account with the same email address. These users will need to choose which account they wish to continue with, or ensure each account uses a separate email address.

Do I need to do anything now?

Existing account holders are encouraged to log on to the Blackbook or Trading Ring and check your email address is up to date.

You should also ensure that any junk email filters on your account are configured to allow email from webadmin@harness.org.au to ensure you receive our confirmation emails.

Need help or more information?

Contact our web team at webadmin@harness.org.au if you need any help or experience any difficulties.
