Stallion tender extended

The Dubbo Club is very happy with the recent stallion service tender in the Trading Ring of this Website.

"Every body who placed a successful bid or took place in the bidding we wish to thank all the studs for participating and wish all the successful bidders good luck with their progeny" Brett Wrigley said for the Club.

For those who missed out the good news is that the club has extended the tender time for several stallion services - shown below.? The services will go to the highest bidder by this Thursday, 4 September, at 4.30 pm.

"This is a great opportunity to get some really good services at a special price" he added.

Proceeds from the tender will go towards has re-introduction of The Red Ochre feature race on the club's racing calendar. This race is for mares only, with the winner adding value for her stud career.

The club is very grateful to the stud owners who have donated stallion services to enable us to make this event possible. Publicly acknowledging all of them - for without their support this event could not go ahead.

The extended stallion services are open for tender in the Trading Ring on this Website. To make a bid you simply go into the "Stallion/AI Services available" section of the Trading Ring on this Website and select your stallion, place a bid for his service.

The tender closes this Thursday at 4.30 PM sharp.

If you intend to bid you should be aware that (because bids are approved by the Moderators before they can be seen on-line) you may not be seeing the very latest bid if you look at the Trading Ring bids - so you could miss out if your bid is not higher than a bid in an unapproved message. It might be worth bidding a little bit extra to cover this possibility.
