Progeny by Australia’s leading sires will feature in a quality catalogue for the 2026 Ladbrokes Sunshine Stars Yearling Sale to be conducted by Nutrien Equine and hosted by the Albion Park Harness Racing Club.

No fewer than 27 individual sires, including seven of the Top 10 on the Australian Sires’ Premiership, are represented in the high class lineup of 67 lots to go under the hammer on Sunday, February 22.

Represented sires in 2026 include Sweet Lou, Art Major, Bettor’s Delight, Always B Miki, American Ideal, Captaintreacherous and A Rocknroll Dance, as well as progeny by three exciting first season sires in Pebble Beach, Catch The Fire and the trotter King Of The North.

Emerging, young sires with progeny include Downbytheseaside, Bettor’s Wish, Captain Crunch, Stay Hungry, Tall Dark Stranger, The Storm Inside, Huntsville, Capt Midnight, Ultimate Machete, Ohoka Punter and Classic Connection.

The offering also has youngsters by superstar pacers King Of Swing and Colt Thirty One, as well as the sensational Cattlewash, who finished third on the USA two-year-old sires’ list, and the trotting import Dancinginthedark M, all of whose first stock will race as two-year-olds this season.
