HRNSW reminds the NSW Harness Racing Industry that from 1 April 2025 the following functions must be completed online through HarnessWeb:
- Foal Notifications;
- Naming Applications;
- Transfers of Ownership;
- Licence Renewals.
For Licensed Persons or Owners who do not currently have a HarnessWeb account, it is easy to apply for and account approvals are generally done on a next business day basis:

- Follow the screen prompts.
HRNSW recognises that not all participants will have the technology available to utilise the online HarnessWeb processes and assistance will continue to be provided in those extenuating circumstances.
