Licensees are advised that the 2025 licence renewal program will commence on 1 September 2024, and, as is previous years, HRNSW is again encouraging all licensees to renew their licence through the HarnessWeb portal.
If you do not have a HarnessWeb account, you can easily apply for an account by:

- Clicking on the Don’t have an account? link;
- Follow the prompts.
As a courtesy, HRNSW will make a paper renewal available to all current licensees 60 years of age and over (as well as Mini-Trotter Progression Scheme licensees).
These renewals will be posted out during the month of August.
Other current licensees that are unable to access HarnessWeb due to internet coverage issues, lack of technology (ie: computer, tablet or smartphone) etc, may submit an application to have a printed copy made available to them.
If this service required, please email your name and licence number to licensing@hrnsw.com.au no later than Friday, 30 August 2024.
Note that, if you do not currently hold a licence (ie: you did not renew your licence for 2024) you will be required to contact the Licencing Team to obtain the appropriate document.
