NSW – POSITIVE SWAB NOTIFICATION
The Stewards advise that the pre race blood sample taken from “Doug Bromac NZ” at theHarold Park meeting conducted on 1 September 2006 has returned, on initial analysis, an elevated TC02 level in excess of the allowable threshold.
The remaining blood samples have been couriered to the Racing Science Centre in Queensland for confirmatory analysis. Trainer, Martin Herbert has been notified of the finding.
