OVERVIEW: KATUNGA EXPRESS (11) is a very honest pacer that rarely runs a poor race. Faces a tough draw but is sure to be doing his best work late. Expect a big showing. MACK PACK (4) has been racing against stronger company than he meets here and from the front line should be well placed and can fight out the finish. Both FOXY TWO GLOVES (10) and LONGTAN VIPER (1) have much more ability than their figure form reads and if they can recapture their best form, they have strong winning claims. ARCHIE MOTH (13) top win last start but faces a very challenging draw over the sprint trip. Can’t be dismissed. ESCOBAR (2) ALWAYS EXCLUSIF (5) and OTTOS WEALTH (12) are going well and not enjoying the best of racing luck in recent starts and are not out of it. DALLAS MIKI (8) LETS WENT (7) LOMBOK (9) and STARVIN MARVIN (6) are amongst the place and first four hopes.

OVERVIEW: FIVE OCLOCK WAVE (11) NSW visitor that dug deep to win last start and looks to have good ability and can run well here. COLMAN SIGN (5) has been working up to a win and might appreciate a bigger track in this. One of the main chances. BRAVE ART (8) impressive winner two starts ago and was close behind much stronger company last start. A major threat if the breaks come his way. RONZEL RAFA (10) racing well and finished off nicely last start and is amongst the winning chances. MY BELLA (9) wasn’t far away behind the placegetters last start and has claims. RUBBLEONTHEDOUBLE (7) DI ANGELO (6) and TRYAGAINFREDDY (3) have place claims whilst LIVELY JOE (4) TARAJI (1) and HOLD ON FOREVER (2) could sneak into the first four placings.

Race 3:
OVERVIEW: EASTBRO JESSE (7) continues to race well without winning in recent times and will need to overcome a wide challenging draw here. Rarely runs a poor race and is worthy of an each way ticket. RANDOM MAHONEY (10) dour type that just keeps coming and can’t be overlooked. HAPPENSTBABEACHBOY (6) was a last start winner that finished off strongly from a soft draw. Faces a wide draw here and providing he can get a suitable trip will be running home late again despite meeting stronger opposition. SPORTS NARRATOR (8) will get a soft trip and if the breaks come his way he is very capable of improving and is going better than his figure form reads. The winner could easily come from CHAMPAGNE WALSH (2) RONZEL MICKY (3) CHEERS POVERTY (4) and TAP TO PAY (9) if you are prepared to forgive their last start performances? SKADI (6) honest type that wasn’t far away last start and this race suits. One of the main winning chances. THE LADYBIRD (3) enjoyed a good trip last start and had every chances. Has claims in this. PRINCESS ALEXANDRA (4) strips fitter for her first up run and is amongst the place chances along with CLEM MCARDLE (7) whilst THE INTERCEPTOR (10) MY DARLING DEVINE (2) and RED ROBBER (5) can show improvement to be a first four hope.

OVERVIEW: JOE GOT ROLLED (2) the entire harness world would love to see this horse win to honour the great late Joe Thompson. She’s third up, drawn well and despite taking on some more experienced and fit runners, she’s got her share of ability, and with some divine intervention, this would make for a very special and memorable win! BIZZNESS CLASS (9) racing well and her last two performances have been out of strong country cup races. A major threat. CARRAMAR TITMUS (3) talented filly rising in class here but draws well to race handy. Must be respected. The Julie Douglas trained runners CLEAR LEFT (6) and TRIPLE ROCK SAINT (7) will find this an easier assignment than recent starts and are definite chances with suitable trips. HUGOROCKS (8) loomed as a winning chance last start when runner up. Has claims. OZZIE DAYBREAK (4) OUR ART WORK (1) and KITSUNE (5) could sneak into the first four placings.

OVERVIEW: SOAR (4) didn’t have the best of luck last start and strikes a suitable race to be fighting out the finish. Stable mate KYRGIOS (7) will find this an easier assignment and is getting fitter with each run, can run well. OUR MASTER PLAY (9) should be ready to peak and gets a nice trailing draw. One of the main chances. Both LESTER (3) and CHALKNCHEDDAR (1) are last start winners and have gate speed to be prominent and should be in this for a long way. FEELINGOODFREDDIE (8) good effort two starts ago and raced below his best last start. Worthy of another chance. UNCUT GEM (5) BETTER BLUE BOYS (6) and GLENLEA HANOVER (2) have place and first four claims.
