Race 1:
TRAILBLAZER (3) was a last start winner when he defeated CAPTAIN BARANTO by 5.1 metres. A repeat of that sort of run will make him hard to beat tonight in this fairly even race.
PLACES YOU DONT (8) will run a strong race if he can get some luck from the inside of the second row.
MAGIC STORM (10) and KATHYS FREE (1) are also chances.
Race 2:
DELIGHTFULL TAMMY (8) has been knocking on the door for another win over her last few starts. She ran a nice race behind SUNSTAR last start only beaten 1.8 metres and will be right in the finish again tonight.
LAST TANGO IN HEAVEN (5) and LORD ZARIAS (7) are both racing well for the Hryhorec stable. They should both be in the finish tonight.
CLASSIC LINE (3) is also a chance.
Race 3:
BAY JIM MAJOR (6) was a super impressive winner last week when he defeated DON ARTHUR by 3.4 metres. He was three wide for the last lap. It’s really hard to see him getting beaten tonight after last weeks run.
JOHN VINCENT (3) will be a big threat if he can find the lead.
FRANCO LANDRY (2) and DON ARTHUR (4) will be around the mark as usual.
Race 4:
GENERAL ROCKER (7) was a massive winner on debut at Mildura where he defeated ELISSAS DELIGHT by 22.3 metres. He will be extremely hard to beat tonight.
MISS OUT (6), AMYS BABY ANGEL (8) and STAR MAN (10) are also chances.
Race 5:
THE VICARS GIRL (1) has won her last two starts impressively. She defeated MAJESTIC SUMMER by 2.4 metres earlier in the week. A repeat of her last two starts will make her hard to beat.
SO VOGUE (2) galloped last start but made up ground. If she trots smoothly she is a big threat.
KING OF LOVE (10) and PROHIBITED BID (9) are also chances.
Race 6:
SHIREEN (1) will love the inside draw tonight over the longer distance. If she holds the lead and doesn’t receive an awful amount of pressure she will be hard to run down.
RUPERT ROSS (8) will get a gun run through from the second row. He should be attacking the line but the main concern is the distance.
APIECEOFLOU (9) and EBONYS AVENGER (2) are also chances.
Race 7:
HILLTOP CRUSADER (5) defeated REACT TO BEAUTY by a neck last start. He ran home really well and looks like a big threat again against a similar field.
REACT TO BEAUTY (2) looks like the main danger after an impressive win on Monday.
TWIN CONNECTION (11) and CHILDERS ROAD (1) are also chances.
Race 8:
MIKIS BEAUTY (2) made a statement when she made her Australian debut on Monday when she defeated HARLEM TOWN by 44.2 metres. A repeat of that effort will make her awfully hard to beat tonight.
PEACE OF HEAVEN (8) looks like the main danger after an impressive win last start.
ROAD STAR (5) and DALLAS DALE (7) look the next best.
