SA BOTRA who recently conducted the highly successful Homebred Series for Pacers have now announced another wonderful incentive for locally bred horses.

The SA Bred series for pacers which had a $12,000 final was only open to horses which had a brand beginning with S5 which is used for foal branding in SA.  The winner was the Mick Darling trained horse Marzz Barzzz Bazz.

SA BOTRA have decided to expand this incentive to include SA bred trotters who meet the branding criteria. Those eligible trotters that win a race during the month of May will obtain a $1,000 bonus for their first win.

This is just another great incentive from SA BOTRA with their sponsorship of the Alabar Golden Nursery which will also take place in May and anybody lucky enough to have purchased a yearling a the 2018 Allwood Stud Farm SA Yearling Sales, would have been very impressed with the lovely green and gold SA BOTRA head collar they received with their purchase.
