Elevated TCO2 Policy- MADAME ANNIE
Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards advise that in accordance with the ‘HRV Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy, MADAME ANNIE will be subject to the provisions of the policy for its engagement at the Warragul race meeting on 6 December 2023.
