Chris Svanosio’s connection with the Maori Mile on Bendigo Cup night runs deep.

One of his first major career highlights came in the Group 1 when he drove Sparkling Success for John Meade, and years later the famous trotting feature has become a defining part of his story.

Chris Svanosio, now a 500-win trainer, returns to Bendigo with superstar trotter Arcee Phoenix, known as Ray at home, aiming for a third straight Aldebaran Park Maori Mile victory.
