HRV Stewards  -   Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy-  TOPZAVSKI – Kilmore    25th    September  2025

Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards advise that in accordance with the ‘HRV Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy  TOPZAVSKI (  M Laffan) will be subject to the provisions of the policy for his    engagement at the  KILMORE    race meeting on Thursday  25th   September  2025.
