Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards advise that in accordance with the ‘HRV Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy ONLY ONCE BITTEN NZ ( A Vozlic) will be subject to the provisions of the policy for her engagement at the Mildura race meeting on Friday 1st August 2025.
