Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards advise that in accordance with the ‘HRV Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy KARDESLER NZ ( N Kerr) will be subject to the provisions of the policy for his engagement at the Mildura race meeting on Friday 6 June 2025.
