Elevated TCO2 Policy- ARTISTICBUTNAUGHTY
Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards advise that in accordance with the ‘HRV Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy, ARTISTICBUTNAUGHTY will be subject to the provisions of the policy for its engagement at the Mildura race meeting on 21 November 2023.
