Elevated TCO2 Policy- CAPTAIN CONFETTI NZ

Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards advise that in accordance with the ‘HRV Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy,   CAPTAIN CONFETTI NZ  will be subject to the provisions of the policy for its engagement at the Shepparton race meeting on  12  November  2023.
