Inter Dominion Special Recognition Award

The Inter Dominion Harness Racing Council at its recent Annual General Meeting in Brisbane awarded Fr Brian Glasheenof Bacchus Marsh, Victoria, the above Australasian Recognition Award for his Inter Dominion related achievements and activities.

Fr Brian Glasheen has initiated, organised and conducted with other clerics the Inter Dominion Annual Harness RacingService for all religious denominations over a significant period of time.This activity, which includes “The Blessing of the Colours”, has been an integral part of many Inter Dominion Series.His industry pastoral duties through each Inter Dominion Series and his conscious regular assistance to all members of our industry in their varied pursuits is highly regarded throughout Australia and New Zealand.

The Inter Dominion Community congratulates and recognises Brian Glasheen for his continuing contribution.
