HARNESS Racing New South Wales was informed yesterday that the NSW Police Force Organised Crime Squad had arrested and charged a 23-year-old male at Dubbo in relation to a race conducted at Parkes on 6 August 2017.
The male person is currently disqualified under the Australian Harness Racing Rules.
HRNSW will not be making any further comment in relation to this matter at this time.
