VIC – Update – Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Media Statement/Police Investigation

With respect to the criminal investigation conducted by Victoria Police, which resulted on 11 January, 2017 in criminal charges being served on harness racing participants Nathan Jack, Amanda Turnbull, Mark Pitt and Lisa Bartley, Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) provides the following update:

These criminal charges have been adjourned to Shepparton Magistrates Court for a contested mention hearing on 11 April, 2017.

HRV is unable to make any further comment in relation to the Victoria Police investigation.
