Top race mare Cornsilk notches a win.
Catalogues for the Soho Standardbreds Reduction Sale, to be conducted by Graeme Board & Company at Tamarin Park, Toolern Vale on Sunday, July 26, are now available.
The 55 lots listed for auction comprise broodmares, weanlings, a yearling, two and three-year-olds and a stallion.
Among the 31 strong broodmare contingent are the former Australian 2YO of the Year Pelicanrama, the Breeders Crown champion Cornsilk and the ‘black type’ winners Jupiters Darling, Lombo Portrait and Lombo Silhouette.
Mares are in foal to high-profile sires including Art Major, Bettor’s Delight, Mach Three, Sportswriter, Rock N Roll Heaven, Shadow Play, Roll With Joe, Betterthancheddar, Blissfull Hall, Auckland Reactor, Alta Christiano and Caribbean Blaster.
There’s weanlings by top sires Somebeachsomewhere, Bettor’s Delight, Mach Three, Sportswriter, Rock N Roll Heaven, Roll With Joe, Blissfull Hall, Elsu, Village Jolt and Auckland Reactor and two-year-olds by Art Major, Rocknroll Hanover, Mach Three and Conch Deville.
