Byron Hornhardt stood down

Harness Racing SA have received advice from Racing Analytical Services Ltd that preliminary analysis of a urine sample taken from Byron Hornhardt at the race meeting held at Globe Derby on 20 October 2014, has indicated the presence of d-methamphetamine.

Confirmation of this finding will depend upon the analysis of the reserve sample of urine.

Acting under AHR Rule 183(d) and in accordance with HRSA Drug and Alcohol Policy, Byron Hornhardt has been stood down effective immediately.
