On Friday 21 March 2014, Stewards acting under the powers pursuant to AHR 183 (d), suspended the license of Mr. Justin Abbott.
This action was taken in response to information gathered during a Stewards investigation into the improved performance of FOLDEM, a horse Mr. Abbot trains, and the wagering activity on the races in which FOLDEM had competed at Albion Park on Monday 10 and Monday 17 March 2014.
The resumption of this inquiry will be held at a time and date to be fixed.
