Harness Racing New South Wales recently announced the 2013 Rising Stars with the series to commence in the lead up to Alabar Breeders Challenge Day on June 30. We caught up with a couple of the sport’s shining lights in Kylie Barnes and Alex Alchin who can’t wait for what has been described by previous participants as the best week of their lives.
