Trainer Mr. Phillip O’Farrell pleaded guilty to a charge under Rule of Racing 190 (1),(2) & (4) in that as the trainer HOW SWEET THOU ART he did present that horse to race in race 3, the Family Pace at the Dubbo meeting on Wednesday, 10 August, 2011 when a blood sample taken from it prior to the race upon analysis revealed a Total Plasma Carbon Dioxide level above  the threshold.

Mr O’Farrell was disqualified for a period of 12 months effective immediately.
In considering penalty, stewards took into that Mr, O’Farrell has only held a trainer’s licence for the past 12 months, his guilty plea, and his personal circumstances.
