APG's Solid Earth Dispersal Sale is the perfect opportunity for breeders to purchase a quality mare from one of Australia's strongest maternal families

APG will shortly be conducting what we believe is Australia's greatest ever broodmare sale, with Kevin & Kay Seymour set to offer 41 outstanding broodmares, representing over half a lifetime of breeding excellence.

The 41 mares will be available for sale exclusively via APG's online auction, which will be conducted according to the following timetable:

  • Bidding Registration Opens: Monday, 15 May 2017
  • Online Auction Commences: Monday, 22 May 2017
  • Online Auction Concludes: 5pm, Sunday, 28 May 2017

Bidders must register and receive approval from APG prior to bidding, so it is essential that bidders register early to ensure that APG has the opportunity to go through the approval process.

Once available, bidding registration and access to the online auction site will all be accessible via the APG website.

All horses will be subject to extremely reasonable reserves as Kevin & Kay Seymour are serious about dispersing their entire stock to make room for the 30 or so fillies and mares that are due to come off the track and enter the breeding barn in the near future.

31 of the 41 mares are in foal to a range of stallions, including Art Major (1), Captaintreacherous (3), Hurrikane Kingcole (7), Mach Three (3), Mr Feelgood (11), Rock N Roll Heaven (5) and Somebeachsomewhere (1).

The Sales Catalogue is exclusively available online, and features a double page spread for each horse, including photographs and extended sales pedigrees.  APG also filmed all 41 broodmares, and their videos will shortly be available via the APG website.

The Solid Earth Dispersal Sale catalogue can be viewed below or by clicking here.
