The Victorian Civil and Administrative (VCAT) have advised Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) that the review application of licensed trainer Mr Craig Demmler against the HRV RAD Board decision of 22 March 2016 will be heard by the VCAT over 5 days commencing 28 November 2016.
The RAD Board decision, for which Mr Demmler has sought review, can be viewed here.
The VCAT have previously granted a stay of proceedings (regarding the application of the penalty) to Mr Demmler until such time as the matter is heard and determined by the Tribunal.
