Notice is hereby given of a Special General Meeting of BOTRA (Qld) to appoint Office Bearers to the Management Committee in accordance with the relevant sections of the Constitution.
The meeting will be conducted in the meeting room situated in the former control body building at Albion Park at 6:30pm on Friday 29 July 2016.
BOTRA members are reminded that only financial members will be eligible to nominate financial members for the Management Committee ballot and to vote on the nominees.
All nominations shall be in writing and signed by the financial member and his/her proposer and seconder and shall be lodged with the Secretary at least fourteen days before the Special General Meeting at which the election is to take place.
It is therefore important to note that 2016/17 membership subscriptions were due 1 July 2016.
