Following the completion of an extensive National Insurance Broker Services Tender process undertaken by Harness Racing Australia (HRA), Willis Towers Watson and their sports insurance specialist division, V-insurance Group have been appointed to deliver our risk protection insurance program (inclusive of Personal Accident and Public Liability coverage) for the next three years - with immediate effect.

It was an extremely difficult decision to bring to a close the long-term, mutually beneficial partnership that has existed between HRA and JLT.  For 15 years excellent insurance services have been delivered to our participants via the associated programs. It has been recognised as one of the best insurance programs in Australian sport and we are most grateful to JLT for their dedication and professionalism.

Nonetheless, the tender process was undertaken to obtain the best possible insurance program for HRA members and participants for the next three years, and we now look forward to working with the team at Willis to build on the existing program.

As of 1 July 2016, all insurance enquiries concerning HRA's National Risk Protection Insurance Program  should be directed to the V-Insurance Group.

The point of contact for any new claims or requests for additional cover can be made to:
