Upon the 10am deadline nominations will be viewable for a one hour period prior to close of acceptances at 11am.

Horses may be withdrawn from the nominations within this viewing window and up until fields are drawn however trainers will incur a $44 fee per withdrawal.

Preferences cannot be changed once nominations have closed at 10am.

Nominations received after 10am will only be accepted if nominations have been extended.

Any special requests must be conveyed prior to 10am with a preference that these special requests are entered into the "Comments" field on Harnessweb when processing your nomination/s, handwritten on your fax nomination or conveyed via email.  Requests can be made by phone also however any requests after 10am will not be considered.

Should trainers use these methods of communicating their requests - there is no reason to call the Racing Office from 10am to when fields are released.

With nominations not viewable until 10am trainers are encouraged to nominate their horses in plenty of time, and not leave it to the last minute to nominate.

Phone nominations will only be accepted in extreme circumstances, trainers are encouraged to nominate via Harnessweb in the first instance otherwise by fax or email.
