The “B” sample was confirmed by Racing Analytical Services LTD (RASL) in Victoria.

Mr Wilmot appeared at the inquiry. Evidence was tendered from the Australian Racing Forensic Laboratory (ARFL) and Racing Analytical Services LTD (RASL). Evidence was also presented by Mr Wilmot, the trainer of ONEMINUTETODREAM and HRNSW Regulatory Veterinarian Dr Wainscott.
