Iam Mr Brightside in yet another win at Tabcorp Park, Menangle

Citing commercial reality, organisers have reluctantly decided against continuing with the annual 2YO Trialling Sale concept at Tabcorp Park, Menangle.

Therefore, the trials-auction concept held last December will be the final of four such annual enterprises conducted by Australian Standardbred Consultancy Pty Ltd.

The sales co-ordinator made the announcement so interested parties would not buy at forthcoming Australasian yearling sales under the misapprehension there would be another such sale this year.

The conducting company wishes to thank everyone who has been involved with previous such sales, including vendors, buyers, sponsors Garrards Horse & Hound, Harness Racing New South Wales and the New South Wales Harness Racing Club.

The sale has been responsible for graduates which have gone onto Group wins and have become members of the 'Hundred Grand Club.'  One such graduate, Iam Mr Brightside, scored impressively at Tabcorp Park, Menangle, last Saturday.

Furthermore, the sale involved industry participants from every State of Australia and New Zealand as vendors and/or buyers.

Graduates from the 2014 sale are eligible to nominate for the Group Three C.J. Garrard Classic, scheduled for Tabcorp Park, Menangle, this August.
