Marburg Change of Dates and Feature Race

Marburg Pacing Association wishes to advise a change of the Marburg September race meeting to Saturday September 20, with 1pm first race start after official qualifying trials. This five race Non TAB meeting will have the normal Bookies, Fresh Fine Food, Country BBQ Burgers, Low-cost Trackside Bar prices with a $5 entry fee and $3 racebook  price, it makes it a wonderful day in the spring sunshine punting on good local fields and the first Group One gallopers and southern feature events shown on Sky Channel.

Marburg’s second biggest feature race meeting of the year has been moved from Saturday October 11 to Saturday November 8, to allow for a change of programming, local commitments and the promotion of this great family day at the trots where families will be treated with exceptional stables supporting this memorable race day for all concerned.

The main race on this day is the 2014 Graham Harriott Memorial Trot over 2200m DH, SS TR0 & Better, maximum backmark of 40m, as per the Meeting Calendar.

First race on the 6 race program on November 8 will also begin at 1pm with gates open for the public at 10am with all outlets open for lunch and cold drinks undercover trackside.

With a new season comes a new challenge, so the punters will reap the Marburg benefits!
