Harness Racing NSW Stewards on Wednesday opened an inquiry into a report received HRNSW Investigator Mr Bill Beekman that Mr Michael Siejka currently a warned off person was present on the registered property of trainer Ms Ashlee Siejka on Thursday 7 August 2014.
The Stewards also inquired into reports from Stewards Mr Grant Adams, Mr Chris Jasprizza and Cadet Steward Mr Aaron Galway that they witnessed an unidentified male on the registered property of Trainer Ms Ashlee Siejka on Wednesday 6 August 2014.
After taking evidence from Mr Beekman, Mr Adams, Mr Jasprizza, Mr Galway, Mr Michael Siejka, Ms MacKenzie Siejka and Ms Ashlee Siejka the inquiry was adjourned to allow HRNSW to access and review telephone records.
