HRA Feature Race Calendar – Group Racing Update

The Harness Racing Australia (HRA) Executive is responsible for administering the conduct of the Australian Harness Racing Feature Race Calendar.

As part of the HRA Executive meeting on 1 April 2020, the members considered the ramifications of the COVID-19 pandemic on the current season feature race calendar.

Mindful of the potential effects of COVID-19 on stakemoney, coupled with the importance of group status, it was agreed that the advertised Group Status of feature races could be retained despite a reduction in stakemoney.

Importantly this decision is contingent upon the race conditions for such races remaining unchanged and extends to the conclusion of the current 2019/20 season.

The Feature Race Calendar will be shortly amended to reflect the changes.
