Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards have issued multiple charges against licensed stablehand Naomi Kerr under the Australian Harness Racing Rules (AHRR).
Charge 1 and Charge 2 are issued under AHRR 187(2) which states:
187. (2) A person shall not refuse to answer questions or to produce a horse, document, substance or piece of equipment, or give false or misleading evidence or information at an inquiry or investigation.
These charges relate to the evidence provided by Ms Kerr when interviewed by the HRV Stewards on 30 October 2018 concerning the scratching of ‘Dynamite Rose’ from the Mildura race meeting on 24 October 2018.
These charges will be heard by the HRV Racing Appeals and Disciplinary (RAD) Board on a date to be fixed.
