(Limit of 3 photographs per applicant)
The eligibility criteria includes that submissions must pertain to South Australian harness racing and must have been published or programmed during the 2016/17 racing season (1 September 2016 – 31 August 2017).
The following information must also accompany each nomination:

name of applicant;

title of the entry;
-
date and details of the publication of the entry; and
-
contact details including name, postal address, email and telephone number.
