On 3 November, 2021, at the County Court of Victoria an appeal against the convictions of Nathan Jack, Mark Pitt and Lisa Bartley at the Wodonga Magistrates’ Court on 7 September, 2018, concluded.
After 23 days of hearing His Honour Judge Carmody determined Mr Jack and Ms Bartley had no case to answer, while the charge against Mr Pitt was dismissed.
