Victorian drivers have been invited to get involved in the Pacing for Pink at the Trots race day, an annual fundraiser for the McGrath Foundation.

To be held at Shepparton on May 24, the fundraiser includes a pink campaign to raise awareness, with pink pants to be worn by participating drivers throughout May.

All drivers are invited to take part.

Each driver will need to have a $400 sponsorship, which will cover the cost of a pair of pink pants the driver will wear in all races from May 1-31.

Sponsors, whether they be businesses, friends, family or the drivers themselves, will have their names on the pink pants and receive publicity at thetrots.com.au and Harness Racing Victoria’s supporting social media channels.

Drivers with sponsors should email Nikkita Ross (nross@hrv.org.au) with their details. Payment needs to be finalised by March 18.

To help connect drivers with sponsors, Harness Racing Victoria can list interested drivers on thetrots.com.au to help create a paring. If you would like to be listed email nross@hrv.org.au
