VIC – Pending RAD Board Hearing – Brody Robertson-Leech

Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards have issued a charge against licensed stablehand Brody Robertson-Leech under Australian Harness Racing Rule (AHRR) 231(1)(e) which states:

A person shall not assault anyone employed, engaged or participating in the harness racing industry or otherwise having a connection with it.

It is alleged that Mr Robertson-Leech assaulted a HRV Steward during a stable inspection in Smeaton on 29 January 2019.

Mr Robertson-Leech has been issued with a further charge for giving false information to HRV Stewards during the stable inspection on 29 January 2019.

The charges will be heard by the HRV Racing Appeals and Disciplinary (RAD) Board on a date to be fixed.
