Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards have issued a charge against Daryl Douglas under Australian Harness Racing Rule (AHRR) 247 relating to behaviour during a HRV RAD Board hearing on 13 February 2017.
AHRR 247 states:
A person attending before the Controlling Body its members or employee, stewards or officials or at any proceeding under these rule, shall not speak or behave in a malicious, intimidatory or otherwise improper manner.
It is alleged that Mr Douglas recorded the private deliberations of the RAD Board members during the hearing on 13 February 2017.
The charge will be heard by the HRV Racing Appeals and Disciplinary (RAD) Board on a date to be fixed.
