VIC - Pending RAD Board Hearing - Wayne Cook & David Vozlic

Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards have issued charges against licensed persons Wayne Cook and David Vozlic under Australian Harness Racing Rule (AHRR) 231(2) which states:

A person shall not misconduct himself in any way.

These charges relate to the alleged conduct of the respective parties subsequent to the running of Race 5 at the Mildura race meeting on 6 September 2018.

The charges will be heard by the HRV Racing Appeals and Disciplinary (RAD) Board on a date to be fixed.
