VIC - Update – County Court Appeal of Lisa Bartley, Nathan Jack and Mark Pitt

On 24 January 2019, a mention hearing was held in the County Court concerning appeals lodged by Lisa Bartley, Nathan Jack and Mark Pitt following the Magistrates Court finding them guilty of charges under Section 195C and 195F of the Crimes Act 1958 (Vic).

The matter is now listed for a pre-trial hearing at the Melbourne County Court on 20 June 2019.
