Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards have issued charges against the President of the Maryborough Harness Racing Club (MHRC) Mr Peter Egan (2 Charges) and MHRC General Manager Mr Les Chapman (1 Charge).

The charges relate to a bank account that was held by the MHRC for a considerable amount of time, however had not been included in the club’s financial records until 2015.

The independent members of HRV’s Integrity Council have been commissioned by the HRV Board to hear and determine the matter on 10 October 2018.
