Footage taken at Brennan Racing HQ in Pinjarra today shows one of the stable’s brightest new stars undergoing a workout in heavy sand with ex-jockey-cum-reinsman Michael Grantham in the saddle.

Mista Shark has drawn gate three in the third heat of the Pure Steel series at Gloucester Park on Friday night.

“I’m happy with the draw...” said trainer Michael Brennan “...with him it doesn’t matter too much, as long as he gets around safe I will be happy”

The son of Four Starzzz Shark scored eight wins on the bounce last preparation, including a win in the $50,000 San Simeon Final on Inter Dominion Grand Final night.

“He appears to have come back a much better horse, he is a beast...” exclaims Brennan “...he’s big and strong, just like a Shark.”
