The picturesque seaside suburb of Redcliffe will play host to the Garrards Redcliffe Yearling Sale this Sunday.
The Sale to be held at the Redcliffe Paceway features 90 quality lots by leading sires including A Rocknroll Dance, Changeover, Mr Feelgood, Shadow Play, Western Terror, Auckland Reactor, Betterthancheddar, Pet Rock, Grinfromeartoear and Four Starzz Shark.
Graduates from this year’s Sale will be eligible for the two-year old group one race offering prizemoney of $100,000 plus breeder’s bonus of $5,000, a Rio Mark 2 Racing gig to the winning trainer and a free service to Changeover.
The Club has also bolstered the three-year old Sales graduate race with prizemoney increased to $35,000 plus free service to Changeover.
The Sale has produced many fine racehorses including reigning Qld Horse of the Year Leo’s Best who was a $13,000 purchase and has won 26 races and more than $345,000 in stakes to date.
