Trainers please make yourselves aware of new Queensland Government Biosecurity requirements in terms of horse movements which are effective from July 1. Please refer to the below link for full details.

Movement records at horse events must include details of the arrival and now departure of each horse from the venue conducting the event. It is a requirement that each venue keep these records for at least two years.
For harness racing purposes each horse must be signed in by the trainer upon arrival and signed out by the trainer when ready to depart after competition.
Penalties may apply for failure to comply with these new Queensland Government Biosecurity requirements.
