HRV - Licensees Minimum Dress Standards Policy

Participants in the Victorian Harness Racing Industry, please take notice of the introduction of the Harness Racing Victoria 'Licensees Minimum Dress Standards Policy', to become effective from 1 February 2016 at all Victorian Harness Racing meetings.

The aim of this policy is to ensure the industry is portrayed and presented in a professional manner at all times. The policy aims to achieve this by ensuring licensed trainers, drivers and stablehands maintain an appropriate and safe level of attire whilst performing duties at all racemeetings.

The policy can be viewed at: http://www.hrv.org.au/integrity/stewards-industry-policies/hrv-minimum-dress-standards/

HRV Stewards consider that the standards outlined in the policy do not place unreasonable expectations upon industry participants and therefore appreciate the anticipated cooperation in relation to this requirement.
